I had been studying cooking for years by the time my first child was born. By his first birthday, I realized that I wanted to do more than learn for myself. I wanted to teach my son - soon to be sons - the disciplined creativity that is cooking. That’s when I started Mised Out.

Children embrace learning when it’s fun. And, they learn by mimicking adults. For the next generation of chefs, I happily include childrens’ toys designed for the fun culinary future.
